Traveling this summer?

Consider setting up auto-payments for your recurring gifts and offerings to continue supporting the ministries of Broad Street while you’re away.  Auto-payments can be set up at Broadstreetumc.net/giving.  Questions – contact the church office.

Still traveling this summer?

Bring a worship bulletin from any church you visit this summer, or a local newspaper from your travels, and let’s see how far Broad Street Church’s reach is this summer.  Attach your name to the bulletin or newspaper and drop it in the church office.  We’ll celebrate miles traveled and distances visited at the end of the summer!

Safety Update from the Safety Team

In any emergency at church, whether fire, smoke, flooding, tornado, active shooter, etc., the most important thing to do is to follow instructions and to move quickly to safety (indoors or outdoors, depending on the situation at hand).  It is also important to leave belongings and not attempt to gather up coats, purses, bags of any kind, or other items.  These can always be replaced, but you are irreplaceable.  Leave quickly and worry about your “stuff” later; people will help you find the ways to get what you need and to survive.  We can all help others to remember this simple rule.
